Cancellation Policy

We offer free cancellation with a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to charges.

Waiting Time

One hour of free waiting time is included after your flight lands.
Waiting time starts only after landing.
Additional fees may apply: 5 EUR per 30 minutes beyond the free waiting period.

Flight Tracking

Our drivers will track your flight using the flight number you provide to ensure on-time pickup, even in case of delays.

Pickup Instructions

Upon arrival, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals area, holding a sign with your name.
