If you have booked our premium private transfer service, your vehicle will be waiting at the designated pickup zone. For passengers using our shared shuttle service, please head to the assigned shuttle area.

How early should I book my transfer?
While we accept last-minute bookings when possible, we recommend reserving your transfer at least 24 hours ahead to ensure vehicle availability and smooth planning.
How much time do I have to meet my driver?
We offer 1 hour of free waiting time upon arrival.
Each additional hour of waiting is charged at €10.
We do not charge for flight delays , the waiting time only begins after the flight has landed.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled transfer. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
Is the tip included in the transfer price?
No, the tip is not included. If you’re satisfied with the service, it’s customary to tip the driver, but it’s entirely at your discretion.
